    聂羽(Yu Nie)

    聂羽,博士,现任国家气候中心气候研究开放实验室研究员、硕士生导师。中国气象局青年气象英才。主要创新成果包括:(1)发现了10-30天的低频瞬变涡旋对低层大气斜压性的重建作用,提出了由高频和低频瞬变涡旋共同作用维持环状模的新机制;(2)揭示出外强迫影响温带急流持续异常的“高层控制”理论,提出了北极涛动在次季节-季节尺度的新预测源;(3)建立了东北冷涡演变的动力学模型。
